Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and performant backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Lead full-stack application design and development using Angular and modern UI frameworks.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, chatbots, and conversational AI solutions.
- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms and business workflows.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI model and agent performance.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage the application lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–9 years of software development experience with strong full-stack capabilities.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Experience building APIs and microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and Agentic AI.
- Understanding of AI integration techniques.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of security best practices, including OAuth2 and JWT.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
