Responsibilities
- Design and deliver solution architectures within governance and target operating models.
- Lead architecture for Dynamics 365 and low-code projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
- Work with engineering teams as a lead subject matter expert to define vision, architectural guardrails, architecture runways, and detailed designs.
- Create and assure key design decisions, technical options papers, high-level designs, low-level designs, reference architectures, and roadmaps.
- Engage and influence client stakeholders and decision makers through consulting and stakeholder-management activities.
- Support senior client leaders with cases for change, cost estimation, detailed planning, and benefits realization.
- Apply Waterfall, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban delivery approaches.
- Participate in client problem-solving, internal projects, whiteboarding sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience as a Solution Architect with a hands-on software engineering or Dynamics 365 implementation background.
- Experience leading engineering teams to deliver applications and services.
- Architecture skills across business, data, application, technology, and security domains, with a specialization in at least one domain.
- Practical application of architecture and delivery frameworks including TOGAF and SAFe.
- Experience with architecture modeling tools and frameworks such as UML, ArchiMate, and Ardoq.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, collaboration, stakeholder-management, and client-facing skills.
- Applicants for applicable UK roles must meet baseline personnel security requirements and may need at least five years of continuous UK residency for higher security clearance.
