Base Salary
$200k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical execution for complex enterprise AI agent deployments.
- Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Talkdesk and third-party APIs and SDKs.
- Manage cross-system dependencies and mitigate technical risks across customer environments.
- Provide technical consultation to customer engineering leaders, architects, and executives.
- Translate deployment learnings into reusable solution patterns and tooling and influence Product and Engineering roadmaps.
- Mentor junior Forward Deployed Engineers and technical specialists.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in software or solution engineering, including at least 1 year architecting and deploying AI, ML, or agentic solutions.
- Project implementation consulting experience with large-scale IT integration, ERP, or AI implementation projects, including client-side project leadership.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex multi-agent systems with planning, memory, and tool-use frameworks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, and other relevant programming languages.
- Expertise in APIs, webhooks, message queues, data architecture, and secure systems integration.
- Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, model optimization, and collaborative agent system design.
- Ability to build credibility with customer executives, lead technical discussions, and align internal and external teams.
- Preferred experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems and vector databases.
- Healthcare systems experience, such as Epic or Aetna, or retail systems experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in CCaaS, UCaaS, or CX is preferred.
