Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and strategy sessions connecting business objectives to AI, machine learning, and automation opportunities.
  • Build, configure, troubleshoot, and demonstrate working AI agents, chat experiences, RAG solutions, MCP or tool-based agents, ML models, and automated workflows.
  • Design and deliver customer and partner demonstrations and workshops covering technical architecture and business value.
  • Apply domain knowledge across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, asset management, and human capital to shape process and solution design.
  • Architect target-state integration, data, cloud, migration, and platform solutions that make AI and automation production-ready.
  • Maintain Responsible AI standards covering evaluation, guardrails, data governance, security, privacy, and human oversight.
  • Partner with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to incorporate customer insights into AI and automation roadmaps.
  • Develop the consulting organization’s technical depth and maintain knowledge of foundation models, agent frameworks, AI-assisted development tools, and emerging platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience with Generative AI, AI assistants, Large Language Models, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience building AI agents and agentic business processes, including multi-step, MCP, or tool-based agents across enterprise systems.
  • Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning, feature engineering, model evaluation, and enterprise ML limitations.
  • Experience with Python or a comparable language, SQL, REST APIs, and SDKs sufficient to build and troubleshoot prototypes independently.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or AWS Kiro.
  • Experience with iPaaS, workflow orchestration, RPA, event-driven architectures, APIs, and data synchronization patterns.
  • Experience with data lakes, data quality, pipelines, vector stores, embeddings, analytics, or dashboards for AI-driven insights.
  • Experience with Responsible AI validation, bias and hallucination testing, governance, security, privacy, and human oversight.
  • Experience translating AI and automation opportunities into measurable outcomes for engineers and executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Preferred experience includes solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, enterprise software development or consulting, AI/ML or automation delivery, cloud platforms and AI services, enterprise applications, integration technologies, and technical presentations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to travel 30–40% or more as needed.
