Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and build the core frontend of the Crosby platform using modern frameworks like React.
- Design and implement intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for complex legal workflows.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on user-facing features in collaboration with product and legal teams.
- Establish a maintainable frontend codebase, including a component library and design system.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to design and implement APIs for a seamless user experience.
- Mentor and help recruit world-class engineers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of frontend engineering experience with proficiency in TypeScript and modern frameworks.
- Strong sense of user empathy and attention to detail in product delivery.
- Excitement about creating and scaling systems from the ground up.
- Effective communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Drive to take full responsibility for projects from ideation to delivery.
