Responsibilities
- Build technical expertise in Liftoff products to maximize customer impact.
- Translate partner business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Own partner integrations from initial onboarding through steady-state maintenance.
- Refine tools and products using customer and partner feedback.
- Troubleshoot reported issues and implement automated solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and partner teams to deliver consistent partner experiences.
- Apply design, risk-driven testing, and code review practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of related experience; adtech experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science or Data/Analytics is a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one of Golang, Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Strong SQL and big data analysis skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and customer-focused skills.
