Responsibilities
- Design and develop enhancements for liquidity management and cash management platforms.
- Build secure, scalable, cloud-native applications using backend and frontend technologies.
- Create automated tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain code quality.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents and defects, participate in support rotations, and drive root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with architects, technical leads, business stakeholders, and senior engineers on designs and documentation.
- Provide ongoing operational support and progressively take ownership of more complex capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, system integration, database design, and backend architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or a Master’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or Java, API development, microservices architecture, SQL, and data access patterns.
- Knowledge of Golang is preferred.
- Experience with Angular or React and cloud technologies including AWS, ECS, Lambda, S3, and CloudFormation.
- Experience with GitHub, automated testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Financial domain knowledge and a production-support mindset are required.
