Responsibilities
- Lead a technical implementation team through all aspects of enterprise PLM solution delivery.
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions using Aras Innovator architecture and applications.
- Facilitate workshops, develop solutions, build stakeholder consensus, and align technology delivery with business value.
- Lead and support the development of requirements specifications, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Perform solution analysis, develop customer-facing proposals, and contribute to statements of work.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PLM solution delivery practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with enterprise software implementations in an architect role, preferably within PLM.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in automotive, consumer products, high-tech electronics, medical devices, aerospace, defense, or shipbuilding.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, prioritization, and customer-management skills.
- Ability to create clear requirements, statements of work, specification documents, and use cases.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
- Swedish citizenship is required because some assignments require security clearance in Sweden.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the Nordic region.
- Preferred experience includes engineering design, engineering change processes, phase-gate project management, quality systems, manufacturing process planning, CMII change management, systems engineering, requirements engineering, maintenance planning and execution, configuration management, and variant management.
