Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Understand client technical requirements and architect integrations using APIs and blockchain infrastructure.
- Scope and design end-to-end solutions for stablecoin issuance and transfers.
- Create integration plans and technical diagrams tailored to client environments.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact during pre-sales and onboarding.
- Run technical workshops, demos, and Proofs of Concept to showcase product capabilities.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide hands-on guidance during integration with developers and security stakeholders.
- Diagnose and resolve API and infrastructure-level issues.
- Advocate for best practices around operational security and compliance.
- Gather customer insights to influence product roadmaps.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation and internal playbooks.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and crypto payment flows.
- Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, and backend integration patterns.
- Hands-on coding ability in at least one programming language.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and project management skills.
