Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement custom enhancements and interfaces within SAP environments.
- Perform database programming and optimization for high-performance applications.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot complex software issues in enterprise systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Lead project activity coordination to support timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and improve development processes, productivity, and software quality.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required.
- Experience designing and implementing custom enhancements and interfaces within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of database programming and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work with agile development methodologies and modern software development lifecycle practices.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex enterprise software issues.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
