Responsibilities
- Partner with executive sponsors to scope ambiguous business problems into concrete, time-boxed FDE projects with clear ROI.
- Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews, identifying integration complexity and infrastructure constraints.
- Own configuration-layer work such as workflows, settings, integrations, and platform tooling alongside Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Drive technical enablement and adoption through hands-on training, playbooks, reference workflows, and customer coaching.
- Monitor feasibility, adjust scope when constraints emerge, and identify expansion opportunities with the account team.
- Escalate product gaps and recurring customer pain to Product and Engineering to inform roadmap decisions.
- Build reusable playbooks for the broader Forward Deployed Engineer organization.
- Own the executive relationship and serve as the primary customer contact from kickoff through handoff.
- Translate between business outcomes and technical implementation for executive sponsors and build teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or an Engagement Manager role owning technical scoping and delivery.
- Strong understanding of agentic coding and LLM behavior in production environments, including failure modes and resilient workflows.
- Hands-on comfort with Cursor workflows, integrations, and platform configuration.
- Ability to read enough Python and JavaScript/TypeScript to partner effectively with Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Experience shipping AI-native workflows beyond the prototype stage and distinguishing production constraints from nice-to-haves.
- Ability to work within unfamiliar enterprise engineering organizations and scope high-leverage projects that deliver value in weeks.
- Executive presence and technical credibility with C-suite stakeholders and engineering leaders.
- Domain depth in financial services, insurance, telecommunications, high tech, healthcare/life sciences, or semiconductors is preferred.
