Base Salary
$102k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support technical onboarding of retailers and ad channels from discovery and requirements gathering through integration planning, data validation, launch readiness, and post-launch troubleshooting.
- Translate partner needs into technical requirements, document decisions, explain tradeoffs, answer technical questions, and keep implementation workstreams moving toward launch.
- Validate event tracking, data feeds, product feeds, campaign setup, attribution inputs, reporting outputs, and other integration data.
- Troubleshoot APIs, product feeds, conversion tracking, reporting, retailer data flows, e-commerce platforms, inventory systems, and ad channel connectivity.
- Gather partner feedback, identify recurring issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, influence launch decisions, and surface product and roadmap opportunities.
Requirements
- Typically 3 to 6+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, technical implementation, AdTech operations, partner engineering, technical account management, or a related role.
- Experience supporting partner integrations, technical launches, external SaaS implementations, or advertising and marketing technology systems.
- Strong customer communication, technical explanation, problem-solving, analytical collaboration, and project management skills.
- Experience validating technical requirements, event data, campaign setup, data feeds, reporting outputs, launch readiness, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with retailers, ad channels, retail media networks, DSPs, social platforms, search platforms, affiliate platforms, or paid media channels is highly valued.
- AdTech, retail media, e-commerce, marketplace, performance marketing, campaign metrics, SQL, event tracking, attribution, reporting pipelines, APIs, and data QA experience are highly valued.
- Familiarity with POS systems, e-commerce platforms, inventory systems, product feeds, order data, and customer data is valued; project or program management training or certification is a plus.
