Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and optimize high-performance 5G L2 Scheduler and general L2 software modules on GPP platforms.
- Translate scheduling and MAC-layer requirements into coherent software designs and guide global engineering teams through the product lifecycle.
- Drive 5G NR scheduler innovation with architectures that support future 6G evolution.
- Lead debugging, integration, and validation of L2 Scheduler features to meet carrier-grade standards and operator SLAs.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and architecture forums.
Requirements
- 18+ years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance 5G L2 Scheduler and general L2 software modules on GPP platforms.
- Deep software architecture expertise with a focus on clean abstractions, algorithmic efficiency, and long-term code health.
- Experience providing cross-functional technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams.
- Experience with scheduling and MAC-layer requirements, software debugging, integration, and validation.
- Academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are subject to verification.
