Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and deploy scalable Python applications and services.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate enterprise platforms and third-party systems.
- Build Python scripts, bots, workflow automation, and process automation solutions.
- Automate data extraction, validation, transformation, and reporting processes.
- Develop AI-powered solutions using machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, chatbots, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-support systems.
- Build ETL/data pipelines and integrate SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud data platforms, web services, and event-driven systems.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, performance tuning, and security and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and infrastructure teams.
- Mentor junior developers and prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
- Experience with automation development, scripting, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch and with Generative AI solutions and LLMs.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI agents, chatbot development, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation concepts.
- Experience with process automation, workflow orchestration, API-based integration, event-driven automation, monitoring, and operational automation.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred experience includes Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, Snowflake, Databricks, Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, SnapLogic, AI copilots, and intelligent assistants.
- Certifications in Python, cloud technologies, AI/ML, or automation and experience in Agile/Scrum environments are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, requirements translation, innovation, leadership, and mentoring capabilities are expected.
