Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of native iOS SDKs.
- Make architectural decisions for embedding voice and chat agents into customer apps.
- Enhance deep OS integrations for optimal agent performance on iOS.
- Ensure UI excellence with smooth animations and responsive interfaces.
- Collaborate with design and frontend teams to define mobile experiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of native iOS (Swift) engineering experience.
- Proven track record of shipping complex apps or SDKs at scale.
- Strong opinions on clean SDK and API design.
- Ability to transform vague product requirements into fluid mobile experiences.
- Deep understanding of iOS capabilities and UX sensitivity.
