Responsibilities
- Stay current with ML/CV research and evaluate methods for applicability.
- Adapt and implement algorithms from research papers for production.
- Own and deliver end-to-end computer vision projects.
- Design and execute experiments with hyperparameter tuning and ablation studies.
- Perform structured error analysis and categorize failure modes.
- Select model architectures based on task requirements.
- Design and implement data pipelines for ingestion and preprocessing.
- Track experiments and manage model versioning.
- Build model serving pipelines to meet performance requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and write integration tests for ML pipelines.
- Communicate research findings and technical decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of industry experience in computer vision and machine learning.
- Solid understanding of modern computer vision and deep neural networks.
- Ability to read and implement ideas from ML research papers.
- Experience adapting methods to specific use cases and validating them.
- Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries like PyTorch and OpenCV.
- Strong software engineering practices including Git and CI/CD.
