Responsibilities
- Integrate with client engineering teams and lead technical discovery workshops.
- Architect, develop, and deliver production-ready AI solutions on Google Cloud.
- Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Build connective layers between Google AI products and client infrastructure.
- Implement multi-agent models using frameworks like Google Agent Development Kit.
- Create high-performance evaluation pipelines for agent systems.
- Debug agent logic and optimize tool selection in high-traffic production environments.
- Co-develop with client engineering teams to promote AI-assisted development.
- Ensure structured handover to client teams for long-term support.
- Maintain technical documentation and architecture decision logs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of software development experience with Python or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience in architecting and deploying AI systems on Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience delivering production-ready AI solutions.
- Experience in leading technical discovery workshops with stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to client sites.
- Fluency in English is required.
