Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain performant, scalable, and maintainable Java applications.
Lead the design and development of complex software solutions for cybersecurity applications.
Oversee and mentor software developers by providing technical guidance and fostering continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members, product owners, designers, product managers, security analysts, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Write clean, efficient, high-quality code and participate in code reviews.
Improve development processes, tools, and engineering best practices.
Stay current with Java development practices, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity industry trends.
Contribute to technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and API documentation.

8+ years of experience with Java or Python and object-oriented programming principles.
Experience with SQL and database systems such as MySQL and MariaDB.
Knowledge of AI tools and agent integration.
Understanding of the CI/CD development lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with Git version control and platforms such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
Experience with Java build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
Experience with testing frameworks and libraries such as JUnit, Mockito, or TestNG.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Willingness to upskill in Laravel/PHP, infrastructure as code, SaaS environment concepts, and queue-based architecture.
