Base Salary
$139k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own high quality solutions from design to production, including testing, monitoring, and documentation.
- Proactively tackle ambiguous problems and reduce their complexity into actionable solutions.
- Ensure all solutions meet the latest security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Drive architectural improvements to scale the platform and support new product capabilities.
- Collaborate effectively in a globally distributed, diverse, and cross-functional team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of practical backend development work experience with Python.
- Experience architecting, building, and deploying scalable web services in production on AWS or similar platforms.
- Ability to write highly maintainable, extensible, well-tested, and easy-to-understand code.
- Affinity for automating busywork and addressing problems at their root.
- Solid computer science fundamentals and design patterns.
