Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged and SaaS applications to align with evolving business requirements.
- Manage software releases and support application stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Use APIs and low-code platforms to implement technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Serve as an SME, manage team activities, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the SAS Platform.
- Proficiency in SAS Platform and Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing packaged and SaaS applications.
- Experience with APIs and low-code development platforms.
- Knowledge of software release management and version control processes.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
