Responsibilities
- Develop code using Java, Spring, and SQL/NoSQL technologies.
- Solve technical problems using current technologies and software development best practices.
- Propose multiple solutions and explain the advantages of the preferred approach.
- Ensure technical designs are correctly incorporated into implementations.
- Provide technical expertise across projects as needed.
- Conduct research and implement proofs of concept as required.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of Java/J2EE development experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with Java 8 or 11, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Oracle is required.
- Proficiency with Spring, Spring Batch, schedulers, Spring JPA, Apache Camel, XML, SOA, and web services is required.
- Experience with Mockito, JUnit, test coverage, code quality, Maven, Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
- Exposure to SOAP APIs and WebFlux is preferred.
- UI knowledge with JavaScript, Vue.js, and Node.js is preferred.
- Experience with Git, SVN, or another distributed version control system is required.
- Strong knowledge of Java, design concepts, patterns, and coding standards is required.
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field is required.
- The candidate should be able to work independently, identify problems, propose creative solutions, communicate effectively, and collaborate as a team player.
