Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to SAP and Microsoft customers and partners.
- Lead architecture strategy, design reviews, deployment guidance, technical discovery, validation, migration readiness, go-live execution, and post-deployment optimization for SAP workloads on Azure.
- Architect SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, BTP, hybrid cloud, data, and AI solutions using Azure architectural principles.
- Identify workload expansion opportunities across Azure infrastructure, security, data, Microsoft Fabric, integration, and AI solutions.
- Develop joint technical strategies and co-sell execution with SAP, GSIs, Microsoft field teams, and strategic partners.
- Create reusable IP, reference architectures, deployment guidance, demonstrations, workshops, and solution accelerators.
- Resolve complex technical blockers and influence product improvements and roadmap priorities.
- Drive risk management, governance, stakeholder communication, and execution against customer success milestones.
- Mentor architects and partners and contribute to technical communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, and 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years designing, migrating, integrating, and operating enterprise SAP environments, including SAP S/4HANA, RISE, Basis, BTP, and HANA, on Azure or other major cloud platforms.
- 8+ years leading customer-facing architecture, design, and technical advisory engagements with senior technical decision-makers.
- Expertise in Azure infrastructure for SAP, including networking, identity, security, monitoring, backup and recovery, high availability, disaster recovery, resiliency, capacity planning, and SAP-certified architectures.
- Experience collaborating with SAP, Microsoft, system integrators, ISVs, and consulting partners on joint solutions, co-sell initiatives, customer outcomes, and innovation programs.
- Ability to build executive relationships, provide strategic technical guidance, communicate across audiences, and extend SAP solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Fabric, Azure AI, Copilot, and Power Platform.

- Typical U.S. base pay range is USD $106,400–$203,600 per year; a separate San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range is USD $137,600–$222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
