Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges to support timely project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and provide professional guidance.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project objectives and technical strategies.
- Evaluate and improve development processes, productivity, and software quality.
- Debug, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Python.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and application design best practices.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
- Understanding of integration techniques and APIs.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and provide technical solutions.
