Responsibilities
- Build and improve frontend software for restaurant staff and Front of House operational workflows.
- Develop experiences covering seating, timelines, reservation editing, waitlists, and in-house reservation management.
- Drive projects from technical planning through production rollout.
- Write readable, maintainable, reusable code and create appropriate abstractions.
- Implement designs in collaboration with designers and represent technical trade-offs between potential solutions.
- Build and use automated tests, carefully test work for bugs, and participate in code reviews.
- Use AI technologies to enhance workflow while checking and taking ownership of the resulting work.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-time professional experience as a software developer in a team environment.
- Extensive experience with React.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with developers, designers, and product owners.
- Ability to drive projects from technical planning through production.
- Experience writing readable, maintainable code and identifying opportunities for code reuse.
- Experience testing software and building automated tests.
- Experience implementing designs and collaborating with designers using tools such as Figma.
- Comfort providing and receiving feedback through code review.
- Ability to adopt AI technologies responsibly and verify their output.
