Base Salary
$48k - $112k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team, RFP team, and operations team as the key technical advisor and SME for the Five9 contact center.
- Help prospects and partners understand the capabilities of the Five9 platform.
- Communicate the value of solving business problems using cloud technology through product demonstrations.
- Assist in delivering proof of concept trials to prospects.
- Prepare specification documents for the Professional Services team.
- Create training content for partners and new team members.
- Communicate customer needs and product feedback to various internal teams.
Requirements

- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
- Confidence in sharing knowledge with experienced audiences.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with APIs is a plus.
