Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and modernize enterprise fraud solutions using cloud-native architectures.
- Build scalable, highly available, and low-latency applications with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Design and implement APIs, event-driven solutions, and distributed systems for global fraud services.
- Contribute to system architecture, technical design reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Use cloud platforms and DevOps practices to improve deployment, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
- Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and support continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive performance, reliability, and security improvements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, PI planning activities, and delivery commitments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of enterprise application development experience using Core Java.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Expertise in system design, distributed systems, scalable architectures, and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging or event-streaming platforms.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and data-driven application design.
- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices.
- Preferred knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
