Responsibilities
- Leverage domain expertise in Customer Experience and related ecosystems.
- Serve as the authoritative source on Cresta's platform integrations.
- Own the Technical Architecture blueprint from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Problem solve with end-customers to determine best solution architecture.
- Support the technical implementation team post-sales.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Experience with Telephony and Contact Center Infrastructure.
- Good understanding of integration options, APIs, and UI Integrations.
- Highly experienced with AWS, GCP, and Salesforce.
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and data systems.
- Extensive experience in large scale enterprise software implementations.
- Deep understanding of how enterprises leverage Generative AI solutions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage complex processes.
- Ability to build strong relationships with external technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and conduct frequent video calls with customers.
