Responsibilities
- Support the OMC cloud infrastructure product as part of the Product Lifecycle Management team.
- Handle customer emergencies and troubleshoot or recreate customer scenarios in a local laboratory.
- Prepare root-cause analysis documents and provide feedback to design teams for product enhancement.
- Test and deliver monthly product releases and validate upcoming product features for support readiness.
- Collaborate closely with customers, Customer Units, and PDU Architects.
Requirements
- 4 to 10 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with networking concepts and protocols including TCP, UDP, ICMP, DNS, and OSI layers.
- Experience with infrastructure services, security, virtualization technologies such as KVM, QEMU, and libvirt, and cloud technologies such as OpenStack, CCD, and Docker.
- Working experience with EMS/NMS or LCM tools.
- Programming or automation experience with Python or Golang.
- Experience working with AI tools and extensive product support experience.
- Academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are subject to verification.
