Responsibilities
- Define enterprise solution strategies, blueprints, and architecture governance for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformations.
- Lead architecture discussions from presales through post-go-live and maintain architectural continuity across engagements.
- Oversee integrations, data migration, security, environment planning, deployment readiness, application lifecycle management, and testing approaches.
- Translate Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance requirements into integrated solution designs.
- Advise executive stakeholders, facilitate workshops, present recommendations, lead solution reviews, manage escalations, and communicate tradeoffs and business value.
- Support business growth through solution envisioning, estimation, proposal development, customer presentations, opportunity identification, and pursuit activities.
- Partner with project, delivery, account, Microsoft, and third-party ISV teams to manage risks and align solutions with client objectives and technology roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; relevant combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- 10+ years of ERP consulting or solution architecture experience, including at least 5+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience leading at least five full-cycle enterprise-scale ERP implementations with responsibility for overall solution architecture and delivery guidance.
- Deep Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expertise across Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance.
- Experience defining and governing enterprise architecture strategies covering integrations, data migration, security, environment management, deployment planning, and application lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure services, DevOps, Copilot capabilities, and integrations between Dynamics 365 applications.
- Strong executive presence, workshop facilitation, C-level engagement, presales, solution proposal development, and trusted-advisor experience.
- Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certifications such as MB-700 or MB-600, including AI Business Solutions certifications, are strongly preferred.
- Experience evaluating, integrating, and governing third-party ISV solutions and intellectual property within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
