Responsibilities
- Develop and own technical account plans and strategies in support of business goals.
- Demonstrate the value of Google Cloud Platform through demos, pilots, and customer workshops.
- Architect cross-pillar cloud solutions, drive technical wins, and define customer delivery plans.
- Lead technical engagement during the solution phase and support post-business transition activities, including pricing and handoff to implementation teams.
- Monitor delivery-plan progress and support cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration, and implementation phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
- Fluency in English and Thai.
- Preferred experience promoting technical solutions in Cloud Artificial Intelligence, managing business-cycle delivery and consumption plans, applying security concepts, migrating applications and services to cloud platforms, and developing technical strategies to uncover customer workloads.
