Responsibilities

Provide technology consulting, project framing, application building, and agile software delivery for clients.
Develop applications using one or more of Java, Python, React, Angular, and Vue.
Explore Gen AI applications and contribute to software engineering research and development.
Apply software craftsmanship practices and challenge client ideas to recommend appropriate solutions.
Monitor technology trends and share software engineering best practices.
Mentor colleagues and support their skills and career development.
Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives including blogs, talks, meetups, books, and open-source work.

Demonstrated senior or technical-lead-level software engineering experience.
Proficiency in one or more of Java, Python, React, Angular, or Vue.
Interest in exploring Gen AI use cases with software technologies.
Knowledge of software craftsmanship practices including TDD, DDD, pair programming, and code review.
Interest in responsible digital practices, eco-design, and accessibility.
A collaborative, questioning, and proactive approach to client work and team success.
