Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for the Nortridge Loan Servicing platform.
- Analyze business requirements and design efficient, scalable solutions using engineering expertise and AI-assisted tools.
- Configure NLS modules, including workflows, personalization, and custom functionality.
- Design and implement loan templates, user-defined fields, and business rule logic.
- Develop, test, and deploy platform enhancements.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and drive resolutions using data analysis and intelligent tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and improve processes.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
- Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for system performance and reporting.
- Lead technical initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Nortridge Loan Servicing.
- Strong development experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and T-SQL.
- Experience with Visual Studio 2022 or later and Microsoft web-based development tools.
- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming.
- Experience with VBScript and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of database structures.
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts and trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar.
- Ability to incorporate AI into development workflows while maintaining engineering standards and governance.
