
AI Solutions Lead, Enterprise Applications (T & I) (Telework/Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and maintain foundational environments, guardrails, and pipelines for enterprise low-code and AI agent execution platforms.
- Create reusable platform components, centralized templates, custom API connectors, and standardized prompt and agent patterns.
- Build and maintain internal tools, workflow automations, and front-ends using enterprise LCAPs and native AI agent builders.
- Implement token monitoring, quota management, cost-observability dashboards, and controls for vendor spend and platform lock-in.
- Collaborate with the AI Lead Architect and Lead Analyst to deliver scalable platform capabilities and corporate adoption solutions.
- Establish integration patterns between low-code platforms and traditional software engineering environments.
- Embed secure-by-design compliance into platform templates and support the internal builder community through documentation and starter kits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in rapid application delivery.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience developing applications, integrations, or workflows.
- Strong demonstrable experience with enterprise low-code application platforms and visual development environments.
- Practical experience with platform-embedded AI assistants, prompt engineering, context grounding or RAG, or autonomous agent builders.
- Solid understanding of APIs, including REST/OData endpoints, webhooks, and standard platform connectors.
- Ability to assess whether business requirements should be addressed with low-code and AI solutions or traditional pro-code frameworks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical colleagues.
- Knowledge of both English and French.
- Familiarity with AI token spending, API credit limits, and platform execution costs is desired.
- Candidates may be required to complete skills and knowledge testing and a background check.
