Base Salary

$238k - $280k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical roadmap for major product domains within the Trust organization.
  • Turn ambiguous goals into aligned, well-architected execution plans across teams.
  • Lead execution by scoping, assigning, and coordinating work across multiple engineering pods.
  • Build foundational pieces and unblock high-complexity work personally.
  • Influence product strategy and define best practices organization-wide.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of product delivery and system design.
  • A decade or more of cross-organizational leadership experience.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage stakeholder alignment.
  • Recognized as a strategic leader who delivers impactful outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and developing technical leadership.
