$238k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap for major product domains within the Trust organization.
- Turn ambiguous goals into aligned, well-architected execution plans across teams.
- Lead execution by scoping, assigning, and coordinating work across multiple engineering pods.
- Build foundational pieces and unblock high-complexity work personally.
- Influence product strategy and define best practices organization-wide.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of product delivery and system design.
- A decade or more of cross-organizational leadership experience.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage stakeholder alignment.
- Recognized as a strategic leader who delivers impactful outcomes.
- Experience mentoring engineers and developing technical leadership.
