Base Salary
$187k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and lead product security strategy across various platforms.
- Embed secure development practices by designing secure coding standards.
- Own Enterprise AI Security end-to-end, including AI incident response.
- Secure the AI supply chain and MLOps infrastructure.
- Champion compliance and AI governance with relevant frameworks.
- Scale security initiatives to support business objectives.
- Elevate the security culture by mentoring teams and leading incident responses.
- Maintain security documentation and conduct penetration testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product or application security.
- Deep understanding of security principles and frameworks.
- Hands-on proficiency with penetration testing tools and techniques.
- Expertise in secure coding practices and programming languages.
- Experience securing AI/ML systems and understanding AI attack surfaces.
- Knowledge of AI security frameworks and supply chain risk management.
- Familiarity with securing ML infrastructure and access controls.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certifications like CISSP, OSCP, or AI-focused credentials are highly desirable.
