Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive technical sales with decision makers through demos and proof-of-concepts to influence solution design and enable production deployments.
- Lead hackathons, code-with sessions, architecture workshops, and other hands-on customer engagements.
- Build relationships with developers, platform leads, and AI decision makers to co-design secure and scalable architectures.
- Resolve technical blockers and objections while collaborating with engineering teams to share customer insights.
- Maintain expertise in GitHub, Visual Studio, AI-assisted developer tools, Foundry SDK, cloud-native development, and developer operations.
- Represent Microsoft through thought leadership in developer communities and customer forums.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 3+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience; or bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years; or 5+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience includes 6+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, technology delivery, or a related area.
- Preferred experience includes 4+ years with cloud or hybrid infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, or technology management.
- Relevant technology certifications are preferred, including GitHub Administration or GitHub Actions certifications.
- Experience with enterprise development teams, APIs, containers, microservices, event-driven design, and production-scale technical engagements is preferred.
- Proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript, Python, C#, or Java, and frameworks such as .NET, Node.js, or React is preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with GitHub, Visual Studio Code, CI/CD, DevOps, platform engineering, observability, security, and performance is preferred.
