Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex full-stack features for the pipeline platform.
Architect and build scalable backend services, REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices.
Own major product features from design through deployment and operational support.
Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
Drive architectural decisions, scalability, reliability, maintainability, automated testing, code reviews, and design reviews.
Lead and mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and influence engineering decisions across teams.
Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Quality Engineering, and other engineering teams.
Support production operations, debugging, performance optimization, monitoring, logging, and observability.

8+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
Strong experience building production-grade applications across frontend and backend technologies.
Proficiency in Go or Python; React experience is a bonus.
Experience designing REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS or GCP.
Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps best practices.
Strong system design, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence engineering decisions across teams.
Preferred qualifications include experience with enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity products, architectural improvements, technical debt reduction, observability platforms, production operations, and cross-functional initiatives in Agile environments.
Candidates must be located in Bangalore; background checks are required, and applicable export-control authorization may be required.
