Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions for CPQ, invoicing, billing, and Quote-to-Cash transformation.
- Create architectural blueprints covering integrations, customizations, configurations, and data migration requirements.
- Analyze and improve product configuration, pricing, quoting, ordering, billing, and revenue operations workflows.
- Lead implementation projects and oversee design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, and other third-party systems.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Accounting, Finance, product owners, and technical teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor cross-functional teams, manage risks, and communicate project timelines and adjustments.
- Evaluate Salesforce updates, new tools, and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and business impact.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years specializing in CPQ and Billing projects.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
- Understanding of accounting operations, billing, invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition fundamentals.
- Familiarity with ACV, TCV, ARR, and other financial performance metrics, including modeling and explaining calculations.
- Hands-on experience with document generation, Contract Lifecycle Management, and electronic-signature solutions.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with platforms such as NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency with Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations.
- Experience building and extending custom quoting and pricing solutions on Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Apex and OmniScript is a plus.
- Expertise with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, cross-functional leadership, and risk-management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales, Product Management, Billing, and Accounting workflows and familiarity with Channel, Partner, and Marketplace go-to-market strategies.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
