Base Salary
$178k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Partner Account Managers to assess partner technical maturity and workflows.
- Develop a clear technical point of view aligning partner strengths with Webflow's capabilities.
- Support the design of structured enablement pathways across onboarding and certification.
- Build and present technical demos tailored to partner contexts.
- Guide partners through proofs of concept while ensuring they retain implementation ownership.
- Contribute technical expertise to partner enablement programs through curriculum development.
- Validate partner-led enterprise opportunities for feasibility and scalability.
- Provide competitive technical positioning to support sales handoff.
- Maintain a forward-looking view of partner technical growth and align with PAMs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a go-to-market technical role.
- Hands-on web development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with partners or agencies in a channel-driven business model.
- Ability to teach and support audiences through technical education.
- Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts clearly.
- A consultative, systems-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment.
