Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical consulting engagements, facilitate discovery sessions, gather requirements, and translate business goals into scalable architectures.
- Design, build, test, and deploy custom software solutions using platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, and third-party technologies.
- Produce architecture designs, integration flows, implementation approaches, technical documentation, and solution recommendations.
- Advise customers and partners on solution options, technical tradeoffs, and best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on platform extensibility and API-driven solution design.
- Review other team members’ architecture designs and promote technical quality and consistency.
- Mentor, coach, and provide peer feedback to architecture team members.
- Assess feasibility, complexity, and effort estimates for sales opportunities, solution scoping, and statements of work.
- Manage technical project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and client communications.
- Build middleware and integration solutions for workflow automation, external-system connectivity, and secure data migration.
- Apply systems architecture and design-pattern expertise to create performant, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Communicate customer feedback and product gaps to product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, software development, technical consulting, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience leading technical discussions and delivering solution-based outcomes.
- Hands-on development experience in at least two languages such as .NET, Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby.
- Experience with SaaS and/or IPaaS applications in enterprise environments.
- Strong systems architecture knowledge and experience designing scalable, performance-driven, and resilient solutions.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, architectural best practices, and large-volume data considerations.
- Experience with business-system integrations using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, CRM platforms, reporting environments, or analytics solutions is preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to independently lead projects from concept through completion and manage multiple priorities and client expectations.
- Experience with technical scoping, solution estimation, and statement-of-work development is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.
