Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement end-to-end generative AI systems using advanced RAG, agentic workflows, and multimodal orchestration.
- Design and build platforms for creating, orchestrating, monitoring, evaluating, and governing AI agents across teams and use cases.
- Develop domain-aware RAG architectures for energy-market rules, model inputs, constraints, and simulation outputs.
- Build reliable, high-performance AI services and data pipelines using Python and/or .NET/Java and Azure AI services.
- Establish standards for prompt management, agent memory, tool invocation, evaluation, observability, governance, and cost control.
- Collaborate with product managers, energy experts, and cloud teams to align AI capabilities with customer workflows.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical design discussions, influence the AI roadmap, and ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional software engineering experience with strong expertise in Python and/or .NET/Java.
- Proven experience delivering production generative AI and RAG solutions at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to design and build agentic AI agents and platforms.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, agent orchestration, vector search, prompt optimization, memory strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture, containers, and orchestration platforms, preferably using Azure.
- Strong background in distributed systems, API-driven architectures, and product-scale platform design.
- Experience leading technical design discussions and mentoring engineers, along with strong debugging, performance-tuning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance innovation with engineering rigor and long-term maintainability.
