Base Salary
$142k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and customize software applications based on system requirements.
- Assist with software updates and release processes to support seamless feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify requirements and integrate software solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote technical knowledge sharing.
- Manage documentation for development activities.
- Track software performance metrics and use data to improve reliability and user satisfaction.
- Partner with Quality Assurance to confirm compliance with technical specifications.
- Use market research and industry trends to inform project strategies and product improvements.
- Participate in or lead peer programming, design sprint, and prototyping sessions.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Applicants may also be considered based on some combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers, and support software reliability improvements.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
