Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder discovery, current-state assessments, use-case and KPI definition, business cases, maturity assessments, and phased roadmaps.
- Design, set, and approve target-state data architectures across Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, MuleSoft, and heterogeneous enterprise environments.
- Validate architecture through scoped proofs of concept and deliver governed, working capability increments across delivery phases.
- Embed data governance, quality, security, privacy, stewardship, RACI, and sustainable operating models into customer engagements.
- Provide architectural governance, quality assurance, delivery risk management, dependency management, and executive stakeholder alignment across concurrent engagements.
- Apply AI tools and develop reusable prompt, skill, agent, playbook, accelerator, and reference-IP assets for AI-augmented delivery.
- Advise customers on agentic AI, RAG, enterprise data, and the future of SaaS while contributing to practice thought leadership.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to Consultants, Architects, and, at Director level, Senior Advisors, with runbooks and transition support.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on data experience for the Senior Technical Architect level or 15+ years for the Director level across consulting, engineering, architecture, MDM, integration, and governance.
- Demonstrated delivery or leadership of enterprise data platform, MDM, integration, governance, or AI-readiness programs.
- Deep expertise with one or more of Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, and MuleSoft.
- Strong-to-authority-level capability in conceptual, logical, physical, semantic, and metadata data modeling.
- Working-to-strong command of data governance, quality, security, privacy, and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
- Executive-grade communication, CxO-level advisory experience at senior levels, and the ability to guide delivery teams and multi-workstream programs.
- Experience integrating vendor platforms into complex, heterogeneous enterprise technology landscapes using platform-agnostic and platform-centric approaches.
- Hands-on fluency with AI-augmented delivery and reusable prompt, skill, and agent assets.
- A forward-looking perspective on enterprise data, AI, and the agentic future of SaaS; recognized or published thought leadership is expected at senior levels.
- Preferred experience includes identity resolution, MDM, unstructured data and RAG, integration and activation, data trust, industry data models, lakehouse and cloud foundations, analytics, BI, and observability.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Integration Architect, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, TOGAF, Informatica IDMC or MDM certification, DAMA CDMP, and CDMC.
