Base Salary
$190k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications software and systems on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate on the planning, design, development, and utilization of data-processing systems.
- Determine user needs and analyze system capabilities, program intent, input and output requirements, programming techniques, and controls.
- Develop and support ServiceNow functionality, implementations, enhancements, and continuous operational support.
- Identify issues and implement corrective actions while preserving system integrity.
- Estimate work effort requirements and deliver assigned work within schedule and quality expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of experience as a software developer or in a related technical field.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Development Platform, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HR, Customer Service Management, Asset Management, Change Management, Customer Development, CMDB, and the Service Status Portal.
- Proven experience developing ServiceNow products using JavaScript and other coding applications.
- Database administration experience with Oracle or MySQL.
- Ability to estimate work in an Agile Scrum environment, communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing environments, and work with emerging technologies and tools.
- Ability to deliver enhanced functionality, support new implementations, provide continuous support, and preserve system integrity.
- TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
