Base Salary
$132k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build the enterprise master data platform maintaining trusted customer, carrier, and location golden records.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and architectural direction of the platform.
- Lead and mentor engineers while fostering a collaborative engineering environment.
- Develop proof of concepts and evaluate new technical products and solutions.
- Build resilient, scalable systems supporting data quality, identity resolution, governance, automation, and intelligent workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
- Stay current with industry trends and drive continuous technical improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale software products or services spanning multiple systems.
- Experience developing proof of concepts and delivering innovative ideas.
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Experience with modern development languages such as .NET Core and C#.
- Experience with relational and non-relational database objects, including MS SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Elastic, and Cosmos.
- Experience with microservice architecture, CQRS, event-driven systems, and eventually consistent designs.
- Experience with data streaming architectures and frameworks such as Kafka and ESB.
- Experience establishing testing patterns, acceptance criteria, and reviewing automated tests.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, and TFS.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Experience building cloud-native applications and services using platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with end-to-end feature development, including backend and API engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS, or four years of equivalent work experience plus a high school diploma or GED.
- Preferred experience modernizing legacy systems and designing highly automated, high-volume transactional workflows.
- Preferred experience with decision engines, optimization, rules systems, or intelligent workflow orchestration.
- Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, customer-focus, learning, and prioritization skills.
