Responsibilities
- Translate client business use cases and technical requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise workloads.
- Define solution technologies, patterns, frameworks, guidelines, benchmarks, and non-functional requirements.
- Write and review architecture and high-level design documents for development teams.
- Review solutions for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and non-functional requirements.
- Develop production-ready Python services and expose APIs using FastAPI and an ORM.
- Evaluate alternative solutions, resolve code and design issues through root-cause analysis, and justify technical decisions.
- Conduct proofs of concept to validate proposed designs and technologies.
- Collaborate with clients, product teams, engineering teams, and developers to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of total professional experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformer architectures, and models including GPTs, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, Mistral, and BERT-family models.
- Expert prompt engineering skills and proven experience implementing RAG architectures.
- Strong Python skills and proficiency with AI/ML libraries including LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, LangSmith, Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with fine-tuning, distillation, GenAI evaluation, and metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, semantic similarity, and human evaluation.
- Experience with managed AI/ML services such as Azure Machine Learning Studio and AI Foundry, and production GenAI deployments on Azure or AWS.
- Strong understanding of vector databases such as Weaviate and Neo4j.
- Experience building FastAPI APIs and integrating databases through an ORM such as SQLAlchemy or Tortoise ORM.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- At least one successfully delivered production GenAI or Agentic AI solution.
- Contributions to open-source GenAI projects.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- React or another JavaScript framework is preferred for user-facing interfaces and frontend integrations.
