Responsibilities
- Work with senior engineering team on major development projects.
- Lead architectural design and implementation of new features and services.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams to define technical strategy.
- Oversee complex technical initiatives involving 20+ engineers.
- Drive a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends in identity, security, and distributed systems.
- Partner with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Software Development experience in Java, with significant experience in Hibernate and Spring Boot.
- Deep understanding of design patterns, scalability patterns, and security engineering.
- 4+ years of experience automating and deploying large scale production services in AWS, GCP, or similar.
- Experience with relational databases, ideally MySQL, PostgreSQL, or GraphDB.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions and distributed teams.
- Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers.
