Responsibilities
- Translate complex business problems into technical specifications using Spec Driven Development.
- Build secure integrations for multi-agent architectures using Model Context Protocol.
- Develop gateways, adapters, and partner-management portals across the full software-development lifecycle.
- Optimize product costs and context engineering by reducing LLM token consumption.
- Structure load and security testing to support operational stability and transaction auditing.
Requirements
- Demonstrate full-stack development fluency with C#/.NET for APIs and ReactJS for frontend development.
- Have practical software-engineering experience with requirements management and microservices architectures.
- Translate complex financial-business rules into scalable technical designs for banks and fintechs.
- Have hands-on experience integrating systems through Webhooks and MCP and modeling distributed, scalable databases.
- Have experience applying generative AI tools such as RAG and Function Calling to automate intelligent workflows.
- Demonstrate strategic decision-making and facilitation skills for selecting architectures and managing calculated risks.
