Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver secure, scalable integrations between Solventum solutions and customer healthcare systems.
  • Work with customer IT teams, EMR vendors, and third-party providers to define, configure, validate, and troubleshoot interfaces.
  • Conduct technical discovery and translate customer business and technical requirements into practical implementation approaches.
  • Configure Solventum solutions for customer-specific operational and clinical requirements.
  • Lead technical validation, testing, defect investigation, issue resolution, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Serve as an escalation point for implementation and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Document implementation knowledge and share best practices with support, engineering, product management, and implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or computer engineering.
  • At least five years of experience implementing, integrating, supporting, or delivering healthcare technology solutions.
  • At least three years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions in healthcare environments.
  • At least three years of experience working directly with customer IT teams, technical stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 v2.x, FHIR, APIs, and data exchange workflows.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure components.
  • Preferred qualifications include a relevant master’s degree, seven years of technology solution experience, EMR/EHR experience, interface engine or integration platform experience, SaaS and cloud-hosted solution experience, networking and identity management knowledge, and experience with technical discovery, configuration, testing, validation, go-live, and production support.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements is preferred; French proficiency is an additional qualification.
