Responsibilities
- Write and review code daily with a team of 8-10 engineers.
- Collaborate on technical direction to build a scalable product.
- Gather feedback from internal and external customers to iterate quickly.
- Grow the team and product as market traction is found.
- Set engineering standards and practices for scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proven track record of shipping products in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to read, write, and review code at a high level, preferably in Python or Go.
- Experience in hiring and developing engineers.
- Bay Area location required with 25% in-office presence.
